Privacy Policy for The Daily Here and Now
Last updated: October 2026
The Daily Here and Now ("we," "us," or "our") operates dailyhereandnow.com. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
What We Collect
We collect your email address and, in some cases, your name when you sign up for our newsletter, download a free guide, or submit a form through a social media platform (including Facebook and Instagram). We may also collect basic usage data—such as which emails you open and which links you click—to understand what content is useful to you.
How We Use It
We use your email address to send you The Letter, our newsletter, which includes daily Hints, weekly deep dives, and occasional updates about our book, app, and related offerings. We use your name only to personalize communications. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
Third-Party Services
We use beehiiv to manage our newsletter and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to run advertisements. When you submit a form through Meta, your information is transferred to beehiiv via Zapier. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
Cookies and Tracking
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors interact with our pages and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your Rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every message. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.
