Quiet of the Burrow
Accept the need for more quiet, solitary time. The burrow is not a place of isolation, but of sanctuary and adoration. It is okay, and necessary, to withdraw from the noise to tend to your core.
Reflection Prompt:
Today, I want to love what I'm building by pulling close.

🌱 Hey everybody—
I have a gift for you as a way of saying thanks for being here.
It's called The One Good Thing Hunt—a field guide to finding what's already there. Ten prompts. Ten ways to notice the good that's always around you, even when the world feels loud.
This is how my practice started and gave us the motto: Start your Day with One Good Thing. A reading. The walk. The motion in the sun, feet on the grass. I kept adding. The feedback loop was too compelling not to. But it started with one.
You don't have to do all ten. You don't have to do them in order. You just have to start. One good thing. Then another.
Thank you for being part of this. It means more than you know. Download the guide below and happy hunting!
